Grounding with Clay

​Join us for a beginner friendly clay hand-building experience that focuses on pinch, coil building and texturizing techniques. This meditative experience allows you to ground and tap into your creativity to make your own unique clay piece to take home. We'll begin with calming breath work to centre our minds and bodies and conclude with a brief reflection to embrace the creative journey. All materials including 1 pound of air dry clay and tools will be provided.
